With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we remember the life of Doug Manley, who tragically lost his life in a devastating multi-vehicle crash on the morning of the seven-car pileup along the AA Highway near the Bracken–Mason County line in Kentucky.
On that heartbreaking morning, a sequence of events unfolded that forever changed the lives of many. According to Kentucky State Police, a box truck lost control around 8 a.m. and collided with a pickup truck carrying four occupants. Doug, the driver of the pickup, was killed, while the three passengers sustained critical injuries and were rushed to nearby hospitals. What began as an ordinary day ended in an unimaginable loss for his family, friends, and community.
Doug Manley will be remembered not only for the tragic circumstances of his passing but for the life he lived and the impact he had on those around him. He was a man known for his kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering dedication to the people he loved.
