FORT WORTH, Texas โ Authorities have identified 22-year-old Totiana Samuels of Fort Worth as the victim who tragically lost her life following a head-on crash Sunday evening on Interstate 30 near downtown Fort Worth.
According to officials, the fatal collision occurred around 8:30 p.m. when a vehicle traveling the wrong way on the interstate collided head-on with another car near the Henderson Street exit. Emergency responders rushed to the scene, where they found both vehicles heavily damaged. Tragically, Totiana Samuels, who was driving one of the cars, succumbed to her injuries at the scene despite life-saving efforts from paramedics.
