Illinois prosecutors have presented chilling details in the case against Samuel Garcia, describing a brutal and deliberate act of violence that left a community shaken. According to court documents and statements made during a bond hearing, Garcia allegedly stepped out of a vehicle armed with a handgun, shouted gang slogans, and unleashed a barrage of gunfire toward a group of individuals in what authorities are calling a targeted gang-related attack.
